How much does it cost to write a care tender?

Why is the first tender £795 and then £3,000?
The £795 first tender is a one-off introductory rate so you can see the quality of our writing before committing to the standard fee. After that, tenders are £3,000 each, which is the ongoing rate for a full bid written end to end. We keep the first one low because we would rather earn your repeat work than make money on a single bid.
What is included in the fee?
A full tender written end to end: the free eligibility check first, then every scored section, method statements, social value and all responses, written to the buyer's exact scoring grid. You review and sign off before anything is submitted, and we submit on the deadline on the correct portal. The fee is fixed, with no retainer and no success fee.
What does the free eligibility check cover?
We read the whole tender pack and pull out every requirement: minimum turnover, the CQC or Ofsted rating gate, contract examples, insurance and policies. You get a straight bid-or-skip recommendation and the risks flagged against your eligibility. There is no card and no commitment, and you only pay if you qualify and decide to go ahead.
Are there any hidden fees or success fees?
No. The fee is fixed and agreed before we start. There are no monthly retainers and no success fees. If a tender has unusual scope, we agree any change in writing before doing the work.
Do I pay before or after the eligibility check?
The eligibility check is free and comes first. You only pay if you qualify and decide you want us to write the bid. If you do not qualify, you skip it and pay nothing.
What if the bid doesn't win?
If a bid ever loses and it comes down to a writing error on our side, send us the buyer's feedback and we will write you another, free of charge. Most losses come down to things outside the writing, like references or accounts checks, which we help you get ahead of.
Can I lock the £795 rate in for several tenders?
Yes. If you have a few you would like us to write, the £795 rate can be locked in for all of them, or you can take three for £2,385. Text us before paying so we can set it up.
