How we write a tender, step by step
Every bid we write follows the same disciplined process. It is built around the buyer's own scoring grid, because that is what decides whether you win.

Eligibility check first
Before anything else, we read the full pack and confirm you meet the pass or fail criteria: the CQC or Ofsted rating gate, minimum turnover, insurance, and contract examples. If you do not qualify, we tell you, and we do not take the job.

Reading the scoring grid
We pull apart how the tender is scored: which questions carry the most marks, the weighting between quality, social value and price, and the scoring scale on each answer. This tells us where the effort has to go.

Gathering your evidence
We ask you for the specifics that turn claims into marks: your staffing model, real examples of how your service runs, policies, and the outcomes you can point to. We tell you exactly what we need and when.

Care only, and why that matters
A generalist bid agency writes for cleaning contracts one week and care the next. We do not. Care tenders are scored on things a commissioner genuinely worries about: safe staffing, continuity for vulnerable people, safeguarding, and evidence that your service does what it says.
