When you contact us (for example by texting TENDER, calling, emailing, or filling in a form), we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and anything you tell us about your service.

To run an eligibility check or write a bid, we also process the tender documents and supporting information you send us, which may include details about your organisation, staff, policies and contracts.

Our website uses privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand visits in aggregate. We do not use these to identify you personally.

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, run the free eligibility check, write and submit bids, and keep you updated. Our lawful basis is usually the performance of a contract with you, or our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry and providing our service.

Where we send you marketing, we rely on your consent or, for existing clients, our legitimate interest, and you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your data. We share it only where needed to provide the service: for example, submitting your approved bid on the relevant procurement portal, or with trusted service providers who host our systems and handle communications on our behalf, under appropriate data protection terms.

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise it. If you ask us to delete your data and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to its use, and request portability. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we hope you will contact us first so we can put things right.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, and we limit access to those who need it to provide the service.
