Care tender results our clients have reported

Five examples from our clients: acceptance onto the Buckinghamshire Framework for Home Care, the Buckinghamshire Framework for Supported Living and "the Dorset one", the award of a Staffordshire tender, and Approved Supplier status on a staffing DPS. They are a sample, not a full list, and each shows the original message. Our team was writing care tender bids well before Selective Care Match Ltd was registered, and we report a 96% win rate, substantiated by our internal tracker.

Why our win rate is high: we turn bids down

We turn down bids we do not think a client can win. Before anyone pays, we read the tender pack and check the pass or fail criteria, such as the CQC or Ofsted rating gate, turnover, insurance and contract examples. If we do not think you can win, we tell you and we do not take the job.

So the rate is high for a plain reason: we choose which bids to write, and we say no to the rest. It is not a guarantee. Not every bid wins, and no writer can promise a council's decision. You can read how the check works on our free eligibility check page, and what we write on our care tender writing page.

How we define our numbers

96% win rate, substantiated by our internal tracker
Measured on our internal tracker of the bids we have written. We do not publish the underlying counts. The cases on this page are a sample we can show you, not a full list.
Client-reported
The client told us the outcome in writing, and we show their own message.
Buyer portal notification
A message from the buyer in their tender portal, shown as it was received.
A registered UK company
Selective Care Match Ltd is registered at Companies House, company number 15223958. Our team was writing care tender bids well before we registered the company. More about us is on our about page.
What we leave out
We name a client only when they agree, and we add no lot, score, date or contract value that a client's message does not state.

Questions about our results

Can you show me examples of clients you have helped win tenders?

Yes. Here are five examples: acceptance onto the Buckinghamshire Framework for Home Care, the Buckinghamshire Framework for Supported Living and "the Dorset one", the award of a Staffordshire tender, and Approved Supplier status on the Second Tier Agency Staffing Requirements DPS. Each is shown above with the original message.

Do you name the care providers you have helped?

Where a client agrees, yes. Six Care Solutions Ltd, a care provider, is named here for its Staffordshire tender award. Other clients prefer not to be named, so we show the area, the framework or tender as they named it, and their own message.

Do you guarantee that a tender will be won?

No. Councils score every bid and nobody can promise a result. What we do is tell you honestly whether we think a tender is winnable for you, and turn down bids we do not think you can win.

Could you win your next tender?

Text TENDER to +44 7822 030677and we'll tell you free whether you'd qualify.
