What we deal with. What we can't control.
What we deal with on every tender
It starts before you pay a penny. We run a free eligibility check to make sure you genuinely qualify for the tender, so you're never pouring effort into one you can't win.
Once you're in, the writing and compliance side sits with us. From the first read of the documents to the final submission, we handle the heavy lifting so you can keep running your service.
We write the scored sections, method statements, policies, and supporting evidence to the tender's exact scoring grid. Every response is tailored to what that specific council or commissioner is looking for, not a copy-paste from the last bid.
We track the deadline and the timetable around it. We let you know what we need from you and when, and we keep moving so nothing gets left to the last minute.
What we can't control
A couple of things genuinely sit outside our hands. The bids that go best are the ones where we're working closely with you and you're upfront with us throughout, so these don't trip you up.
Buyers run their own reference and accounts checks. If they decline you on the back of those, that's their call, not something we can override.
Clarification questions often go straight to you after submission, with a tight deadline attached. Forward them to us the moment they land and we'll help you answer fast. If they sit in your inbox or aren't responded to in time, the bid can be lost on something we never got to see.
These are just two examples. The pattern is the same with everything: the more open and quick you are with us, the better your chances. And if we don't think you can win, we tell you straight before we write a word.
That honest split is why our win rate is 96%.

How it works
Most providers start a tender, get 60% of the way through, and realise they don't meet one of the criteria. Weeks wasted. We stop that happening on day one.
- 1
Pick a tender, or send us one
Text us and ask for live tenders that might fit you, or send us one you've already spotted. Either way works.
- 2Free
We pull out the criteria. Free.
Every tender has criteria: minimum turnover, CQC rating, contract examples, paperwork. We pull every criterion out and tell you straight whether you qualify, before you spend a penny.
- 3
You decide if it's worth going for
If you don't qualify, you skip it. No fee. If you qualify, we agree the price (£795 for your first tender, £3,000 after) and ask you a few quick questions about your service. These aren't the tender questions, we handle those. They're just the details we need from you, like three examples of contracts you've delivered in the past.
- 4
We write. You sign off. We submit.
You answer those few questions and we take it from there. We write the whole bid, you check every section, and you sign off the full draft before it goes anywhere. Then we submit on the deadline, on the portal, with every attachment.
Stop bidding on tenders you don't qualify for.
Three ways to start. The free check tells you which tenders you'd actually qualify for, so you only pay for the ones worth writing.

Frequently asked questions
What does the free eligibility check actually tell me?
Every tender has criteria: minimum turnover, CQC rating, contract examples, paperwork. Most providers don't read all the criteria up front, get 60% into writing the bid, then realise they didn't qualify and the work was wasted. We pull every criterion out and tell you straight whether you qualify, before you spend a penny. You get a clear bid or skip call and the risks we'd flag.
How much does a care tender cost to write?
£795 for your first tender with us, then £3,000 for each tender after that. If you are a first-time tender writer committing upfront, we also offer 3 tenders for £2,385, saving £4,410 vs paying standard three times. No hidden fees, no monthly retainer, no success fees. Any unusual scope additions get agreed in writing before we start.
What happens if you don't win?
If a bid ever loses and it comes down to a writing error on our side, just send us the buyer's feedback and we'll write you another one, free of charge, no questions asked. Honestly though, it rarely comes to that. When a bid does lose, it's usually down to things outside the writing: references that don't come back well, a buyer running accounts checks your numbers don't quite match, or clarification questions going unanswered. There are a few other factors too. None of these are things we control, but they are things we help you get ahead of, so they catch you out far less often. The clarifications one is where we really work as a team: after you submit, buyers often come back asking for more, with a deadline, and that lands with you, not us. Forward it the moment it arrives and we'll help you answer fast. Leave it sitting and the bid can be dropped before it's even scored. That's why we're straight with you before we start, and only take a tender on once we're confident you've got a real chance of winning.
Do you write children's services tenders too?
Yes. Ofsted-regulated children's homes, 16+ supported accommodation under the Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023, short breaks, and post-16 EHCP placements. Many of our adult-care clients also run children's services, so we cover both under one specialist brand. The free eligibility check covers Ofsted as well as CQC.
How long does a tender take?
Usually about a week once we have everything we need from you. The clock starts when payment lands and you have sent the supporting info we ask for (CQC docs, contract examples, policies, staffing structure). Most care tenders close 3 to 6 weeks after publication, so there is normally enough room. Urgent turnarounds possible. Text us first if it's tight.
What if I am a CQC newly registered service?
We work with newly registered providers. The eligibility check is especially useful here because some tenders will not accept providers below a certain track record threshold. We tell you up front which tenders you are eligible for and which to skip. The £795 first-tender intro lets you test the process at lower risk.
Where are you based?
England-wide. We work remotely with care providers across the UK. Most communication is done by WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
