Every tender has criteria: minimum turnover, CQC or Ofsted rating, contract examples, insurance, policies. We pull every one out and tell you straight whether you qualify, before you spend a penny. You get a clear bid-or-skip call and the risks we would flag.
Is the eligibility check really free?
Yes. No card, no commitment, and no obligation to go ahead. If you do not qualify, you skip the tender and pay nothing. We only charge if you qualify and choose to have us write the bid.

How fast do I get the result?
Usually the same day or next working day, depending on the size of the tender pack. If your deadline is tight, tell us when you message and we will prioritise it.
What if I am a newly registered CQC service?
The check is especially useful here. Some tenders will not accept providers below a certain track record, and we will tell you up front which you are eligible for and which to skip, so you do not waste effort.
What win rate should I expect from a care sector bid writer?
There is no single figure to expect, because a win rate depends on which bids a writer agrees to take. A writer who bids for everything will win a smaller share than one who turns down tenders the client cannot qualify for, and an open framework that admits every provider who passes is easier to count as a win than a competitive contract with one winner. So when any writer quotes a win rate, ask how many bids it covers, over what period, and what they count as a win. Is there a tender writer that only takes on care bids you can actually win?
